pokey emulation bugs: same as in WinAmp version of this plug-in

TMC player liblary bugs: same as in WinAmp version of this plug-in

plugin bugs:

• there is no configuration window yet, nor about window, i'm planning to implement them in the future
• music length is correctly displayed only in actually played file
• music name is correctly displayed only in actually played file
• this is my first compilation under xmms libs in linux, so i think there will be more bugs
